2. Information we collect

Information you give us through the Website

  • Consultation requests: your name, work email and firm name; the role you're hiring for, its seniority level and market; your timeline; and anything else you choose to tell us.
  • General inquiries: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), inquiry type and message.
  • Candidate submissions: your name, personal email and phone number; your current title and firm; your area of focus and seniority level; what you're looking for in your next role; and any CV or documents you send us.
  • Report downloads: your name, work email and company.
  • Email updates: your email address, if you sign up to receive our updates.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you spend on them, and the website or link that brought you here.
  • Campaign information: if you arrive through a tracked link, for example from an email or a LinkedIn post, we record the campaign details in that link and attach them to any form you submit.
  • Browser storage: our Website remembers, on your own device, which hiring scenario you selected and which pages you viewed. We use this to pre-fill the consultation form and to understand which services you're interested in. See section 7.

Information about candidates from other sources

As an executive search firm, we research the market for senior talent. We may collect professional information about you even if you haven't contacted us. This includes:

  • your name;

  • your education and professional experience;
  • publicly available contact details.

This information comes from:

  • referrals and recommendations from people in our network;

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to you and provide our services: answering inquiries, scheduling consultations, and running searches, team builds and intelligence studies.
  • To consider you for opportunities: assessing your background against our clients' roles and contacting you about opportunities that may interest you.
  • To produce market research: our intelligence studies use information from conversations with market participants. We publish findings in aggregate or anonymised form. We do not name individual participants or their firms without permission.
  • To stay in touch: sending relevant updates, such as our market intelligence. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
  • To understand and improve the Website: measuring which pages and campaigns are useful.
  • To keep the Website secure: preventing spam, fraud and misuse.
  • To meet our legal obligations.
