Sean Locke
Sean founded TLG in 2003. He possesses more than two decades of search and advisory experience for front office teams in alternative investments. His network and approach ensure our clients have access to superior market intelligence and leading talent. Sean is responsible for TLG’s growth and overseeing firmwide operations. Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College. He is also on the advisory board for Special Operators Transition Foundation, an organization committed to helping Special Operations Forces veterans transition into private sector careers. He enjoys living in Westchester with his wife, two children, and playing guitar and golf.
Tom Hudson
Tom joined TLG in 2014 and was promoted to Partner in 2019. He has more than 10 years of hiring experience for alternative investment teams. He is responsible for client relationship management and overseeing execution of TLG's engagements. Tom received a Bachelor of Science in Development Sociology from Cornell University. He enjoys life with his wife and family, working on his squash game, and loves both science fiction and real-world, emerging technology.

Niall joined TLG in 2020 and has more than six years of investment industry search experience. He executes searches for alternative investment clients, with a focus on private markets investment mandates. Prior to TLG, he was a Research Analyst at The Denali Group. Niall received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Siena College. Based in NYC, he enjoys traveling, golfing, and following Siena basketball.

Cristina joined TLG in 2021. She is responsible for firmwide operations and leads marketing and strategic initiatives across TLG. Together, she has over 10 years of recruitment and corporate HR experience. Cristina received a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and Sociology from SUNY Brockport. She lives in Buffalo, NY, with her husband, son, and their two golden retrievers. Outside of work, you’ll likely find Cristina acting as foreman on the latest house project or doting on her two golden retrievers when she isn’t chasing her toddler around.
Alexandra joined TLG in 2026 and executes searches for alternative investment and asset management clients. She brings a background in client service and talent sourcing, including experience identifying and recruiting senior executives for leading investment and financial services firms. Prior to TLG, Alexandra was a Client Solutions Associate at GLG, where she sourced C-suite executives and industry experts for investment, asset management, and financial services clients. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in private wealth management and Wall Street sales and research. Alexandra received a BBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, with a focus in Management, Finance, and Sales. She was a member of Michigan Women’s Varsity Rowing, including two Big Ten Championship teams, and was a two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree. Based in NYC, she enjoys running along the West Side Highway, watching and playing sports, and spending time at the beach.
