Marco brings more than 4 years of executive search experience in the alternative investment industry. He joined TLG in 2025, focusing on executing searches for alternative investment clients. Prior to joining TLG, he worked as a Senior Associate at Arrow Search Partners, where he recruited both finance and accounting professionals across the alternatives space.
Marco received his Bachelor of Science in Communication from SUNY Oneonta. He splits his time between NYC and Long Island and enjoys playing golf and surfing
