Sean founded TLG in 2003. He possesses more than two decades of search and advisory experience for front office teams in alternative investments, asset management, and investment banking. His network and approach ensure our clients have access to superior market intelligence and leading talent.
Sean manages the business, guides search strategy and execution across practice areas, and mentors our Search Consultants.
Sean received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Ithaca College. He is also on the advisory board for Special Operators Transition Foundation, an organization committed to helping Special Operations Forces veterans transition into private sector careers.
